Dr. Wiens joined Stefan, Fraser & Associates in 2015 when he partnered with the firm to conduct his doctoral research focusing on dark personality traits and their influence on job performance. In 2018, he received a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of British Columbia and also completed the required residency program with a focus on assessment in the forensic system.
At Stefan, Fraser & Associates, his work is focused on the psychological assessment for employee selection, promotion, and development. He also has experience implementing selection systems, conducting assessment outcome validation research, and providing career planning assessments. He has published on the assessment of dark traits in a top scientific journal.
He is a Registered Psychologist in the province of British Columbia and a member of the British Columbia Psychological Association.
