Dr. Gayton joined the firm in 2002 after moving to corporate psychology from a practice in health care and consultation to the Public Service Commission of Canada where she worked with executives on their career development.
Her work is now focused on the psychological assessment for employee selection, promotion, and development. She also provides short-term intervention to employees who have issues that affect their well-being and effectiveness on the job or readiness to return to work following medical leave.
She received an undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University and a Ph.D. from the University of Ottawa. She is a Registered Psychologist in British Columbia and a member of the British Columbia Psychological Association, the Canadian Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Canadian Sleep Society.
