COVID-19 is proving to be a great test for us all, but rest assured we continue to operate – just differently.  We are following recommendations from the government and health authorities to protect the safety of our employees who serve our clients.

To support social distancing guidelines and those staying home following travel, we have begun to work remotely.  To promote the safety of staff still coming into the office, we’ve increased the physical space between workers.

We are continuing with our regular assessment and development of employees, but are currently doing everything remotely. With some clients we have always worked remotely, so the transition to working 100% in this manner is an easy one as our systems are already in place.

Regardless of your situation, worrying less and thinking more strategically will be critical.  It may be a time of uncertainty for a while, but it will also be a time of great opportunity to hire very capable and talented individuals and for some companies to expand and new ones to emerge.
